We’ve had lots of request for more pictures from the 2009 PeSA Summit. So we’ve uploaded a bunch to facebook, check them out. (The video taken was not for re-broadcast, snippets will be used for a promotional film for next year.) Thank you to everyone who took the time to give us your feedback. We got LOTS of great ideas for next year AND it was great to hear how much everyone got out of Summit. We were also pumped that response was so positive as a lot of hard work goes into staging Summit each year. Here’s a little snapshot.

We hope you’re excited about PeSA Summit 2009 which is kicking off at 9am on THURSDAY 13 AUGUST, 2009. There are THREE HUNDRED people booked to attend, so it’s a record year!
Following are a some important points to familiarise yourself with.

1. There are no PHYSICAL tickets issued for PeSA. If you have received a booking confirmation AND a PayPal payment confirmation, you are booked. When you arrive on Thursday morning at 9am, your name will be on the door.
2. If you have not already booked & paid for the cocktail party, there are NO ticket sales on the door sorry. We’ve now got over $20,000 in prizes on offer for the poker & blackjack tournaments.
3. Day 1 of the Summit starts at 9am and concludes at 5.15pm. The cocktail party is at the same site and runs from 5.30pm through till 8pm. If the poker competition is still running, a cash bar will stay open till 9pm.
4. Day 2 of the Summit starts at 9.30am and concludes at 4.30pm.
5. The event is being held at Australian Technology Park in Everleigh, Sydney. Main entry if coming via car is Bay 4, if coming via train it’s via Bay 1. The event is being held in Bay 4.
6. We STRONGLY RECOMMEND you visit the ATP website prior to the event to plan your trip to the venue. Parking is available on site – it is $20 per day.
7. If you need to get in touch with the PeSA event team, you will have to contact us via PHONE on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. The phone numbers are: 0450 298 034 or 0403 937 347.
8. Sessions are NOT being recorded. If you can no longer attend, tickets cannot be refunded but you are welcome to send someone in your place.
9. Food allergies. We have requested a portion of vegetarian meals. If you have any other food allergies and have NOT already advised us, we will be unable to accommodate these at this late stage, sorry.
10. Bring lots of business cards, lots of energy and a willingness to get involved! You will get a lot out of PeSA if you put a lot into your time there – and when you get back to your office on Monday.
